Facilities / The Studio of Dance

Established for over 11 years and situated in the Blue Room, The Studio of Dance offers dance tuition in the following styles of dance:  Jazz/Funk, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Theatrical, Modern-Neo and Character Ballet.

All ages are welcome, starting from 3+yrs.  Beginner to Advanced standard in all classes.  Places are limited.  Private tuition is also available.

At The Studio of Dance, we offer optional exam and competition work throughout the year.  We are extremely proud of our 100% pass rate in exams.  Our dancers have also been Aggregate winners in many local Eisteddfods.  We provide a full end of year dance production with all costumes provided.  Past and present students from The Studio of Dance are currently studying in full time dance courses and working as professional performers within the dance industry.

Principal Emma Thorneycroft leads a small and dedicated teaching team of young, energetic and experienced teachers.  We aim to provide dance instruction on a safe, fun and professional level and environment.  Our goal is to develop each individual students ability and to encourage their love of dance.
