Classes for beginners, aged 16 and up.

Classes run on Thursday nights from 7.30pm to 8.15pm for BEGINNERS and from 8.15pm to 9pm for IMPROVERS.

What to Wear? Loose comfortable clothing, either leggings or a long skirt. A scarf/sarong to wrap around your waist. Bare feet or a low comfortable shoe.
